Time For A Renewal

Hello Friends, Followers and Viewers,
Welcome to the first Monday in May.  This month is the fifth in the year.  Think back to January and those goals you set forth for the year.  How are they coming along?  Did you start and then stopped one month after?   Or, are you still having a go at what you started?  Some of us are at a slump.  We have lost our energy and we're doing the same thing over and over again (haphazard in our routine).  We can't remember the last time we laughed and did something fun.  Our waist line is not there anymore.  Our muffin-top grew to a loaf-top because the only thing moving is our fingers across our keyboard, iPhone, iPad, or tablet.  We're struggling to have time with the Lord because getting up early is not an option because we're not getting to bed on time.  How many toes have I stepped on so
far?   Ladies and or Gents, this week is leading up to Mother's Day.  It  can herald a time for rebirth, renewal, and celebration. What better time than this to hunker down and reconnect with that which is most precious and nourishing—to get in touch with ourselves, our passions, our purpose, our dreams, our relationships, our values? Let's embark on a journey of spiritual and physical renewal.  Take one day at a time...one minute at a time...one focused task at a time.  Seek to renew your life with a fresh perspective and healthier habits.  What you put off doing after January, pick it up again.  It's not late in the game.  You still have time.  Trust me!  You will feel better, look better and be on the way to renewing your mind spiritually.
My share for today:

renew a right spirit within me.  Psalm 51:10
